Below are some frequently asked questions and our answers. As always, if you dont' see the answer here, feel free to call the office and we will get you the answer you are looking for. What are your office hours?

 

We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. We are closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please call the office or check our facebook page for closings.

Do you accept credit cards or debit cards? 
Yes, we accept major credit cards, checks and cash.

 

 

 

Do you accept purchase orders?

 

Yes, purchase orders are accepted from established customers.

Are your prices competitive? Yes, our prices are very competitive for all products whether they are done as short runs or large runs.

 

How quickly can I get a quote? We can sometimes provide a quote while we are on the phone with you; however, for other quote requests you can expect a reply within one business day.

 

What do you need to know to give me a quote? Basic requirements are quantity, color requirements, finished sizes, and bleed requirements. There are usually other questions to be asked for a printing project. Please call us to discuss your particular situation.

 

Can you help me find ways to save money? Our printing professionals can consult with you to determine the most cost effective manner to meet your printing needs with high quality products.

Submitting Files

 

How do I send my files to you? You may send smaller files via email, send us a link via dropbox or deliver files on a jumpdrive or CD/DVD.

 

What file formats do you need? We accept common file formats created in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign including psd, ai, pdf, and jpg. We recommend you send a high res pdf file with all fonts converted to outlines or if providing native files, including all assets such as fonts and images, sending your fonts with the project.

Proofs

Do you provide proofs on every job? Electronic Proofs are available on every job. Hard copy proofs are not a standard part of our service but can be provided by request for a fee.

 

How will I receive my proofs? Proofs are typically emailed to our customers.

 

How do I submit changes or corrections? Changes and corrections should be submitted via e-mail, fax or in writing to our office.

Production

What types of work can you do?

Yes, short run jobs are accepted. There is no up charge for short run jobs.

 

Do you accept short run or rush jobs?

Yes, we do and deadlines are met!

 

What is the typical turnaround time for four color jobs? 

Most four color printing jobs are completed in 3-5 business days.

 

Do you offer finishing services like folding, stapling, binding, etc.?

Yes, we offer support services for all of our print products.

Delivery and Shippings

Can I pick up my order at your shop?

Yes, we welcome our customers to stop by our shop anytime.

 

How much does local delivery cost?

Local delivery (in metro Atlanta) is free to our customers.

 

How do you ship orders and how can I track my order?

Orders are usually shipped via UPS and we will send you a tracking number if you request it.

 

Can I use my own shipping account number?

Our customers can use their own account number for shipments that they choose to have delivered via their preferred delivery service.
